HANDLING OF MATERIALS
Lott Canyon Mine LLC · Over-exertion (Not Elsewhere Classified)
Employee was cleaning out the jaw and they hurt their knee. We did not find out about this until 2/28/23. We are not sure this occurred on site. Workmans comp will investigate this.
