EXTRA TIRE TO PICK-UP TRUCK WAS BEING ROLLED DOWN TO SHOP. EE DECIDED HE WOULD TRY TO KNOCK IT OVER TO STOP IT. WHEN HE ATTEMPTED TO, THE TIRE OVERPOWERED HIM AND KNOCKED HIM OVER. HE LANDED B ACKWARDS ON HIS HEAD CAUSING HIS NECK INJURY.
