EMPLOYEE WAS PREFORMING RECLAMATION WORK, MOVING SPOIL WITH FRONT END LOADER. ENGINE ON LOADER STALLED ON A SLOPE, EMPLOYEE STATED THAT HE LOST CONTROL AND JUMPED FROM THE MACHINE. CAUSING A FRACTURE TO THE IGHT FIBIA.
