EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING ALONG AND STEPPED ON A CLUMP OF DIRT THAT GAVE WAY, CAUSING THE ANKLE TO TWIST. THIS RESULTED IN A STRAIN OF THE RIGHT ANKLE.
