Employee was cutting zip ties from a H.P. Guard when the knife slipped and EE cut EE's elbow. Basic first aid given and then taken for medical treatment. Employee received sutures on elbow. Release to return back to work same day. no lost time

EE was hitting the inside rod of a 4" pipe. 2" diameter steel pipe. EE was using a 10lb sledge hammer. EE hit pipe and hand too close causing ee to smash ee finger. It was the 4th finger (ring finger) on ee left hand.
