Employee was relocating a 15 gallon barrel of grease and injured his lower abdomen. The injury resulted in a protrusion in the area of his umbilicus.

EMPLOYEE WAS USING A CHAIN TO TRY AND LOOSEN A ROCK STRUCK IN THE JAWS OF THE CRUSHER, THE YANKING ON THE CHAIN IN THE JAWS IS WHAT IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE CUASED THE INJURY.
