Marion Northside Stone LLC · Fall down stairs

On 9/20/10 a contract truck driver picking up material for Diamond C. Transport was signing his weight ticket at the ticket window. As he began down the stairs he turned to speak to the scale operator who had already left the window. When he turned to go back to the truck, he twisted his ankle on the steps & fell to the ground. The MSHA # was called & the ambulance was called.
