EE WAS INSTALLING A 4 FOOT ROOF BOLT - 4R ENTRY-HE WAS TRYING TO HOLD IT ON THE EDGE OF THE HEAD SO HE COULD PUSH IT UP INTO THE ROOF, WHEN THE BOLT SPRANG AND THE PLATE CAUGHT HIS LEFT LITTLE FINGER.
