AN OUTSIDE CONTRACTOR CAME ON SITE TO HAUL OUT A LOAD OF ROCK. ON THE WAY OUT LOADED HE LOST AIR PRESSURE ON A STEEP HILL & HAD A TRUCK RUN-AWAY. HE TIPPED THE TRUCK OVER ON A CURVE DUE TO EXC ESS SPEED. THE ACCIDENT WAS CAUSEAD BY MECHANICAL FAILURE & DRIVER INEXPERIENCE. HE WAS TREATED AT THE HOSPITAL & RELEASED.
