ENGINE OF HAULPAK QUIT WHEN IT RAN OUT OF FUEL. TRUCK ROLLED BACKWARDS DOWN GRADE. DRIVER DID NOT ENGAGE EMERGENCY STEERING AND COULD NOT STEER TRUCK. RIGHT REAR OF TRUCK BED HIT WALL STOPPING TRUCK. EMPLOYEE HAS SLIGHT FRACTURE OF THE PELVIC AND NO OTHER INJURIES.
