EE stepped back during the process of changing the screen decks on the JCI cone crusher and scraped/bruised his right calf. He told his foreman at the time but it did not appear to be of concern. On 5/15, he told his foreman that the leg was swollen and very sore. He was sent to OC Health on 6-16

Employee was climbing back into his loader and hit his right forearm on the door latch post. This resulted in a laceration requiring several stitches to close the cut at our HCP.
