EMPLOYEE WAS LINING UP A DRIVE MOTOR ON THE BIN VIBRATOR USING A PRY BAR. HE WAS PRYING THE MOTOR OVER WHEN HIS BAR SLIPPED CAUSING HIM TO FALL OVER THE SIDE OF THE BIN ABOUT 15' TO THE GROUND BELOW. HE LANDED WITH MOST OF HIS WEIGHT ON HIS LEFT FOOT (HEEL). HE ALSO HAS A CUT ON HIS LEFT HAND FROM THE PRY BAR SLIPPING .
