Employee was climbing down from an articulated truck after checking a fire extinguisher and twisted their knee. As time progressed pain subsided and began to swell. Employee was advised to call Teledoc, they prescribed meds for swelling and the use of ice. No lost time.

AIR HOSE WRAPPED AROUN D THE VICTIM WHIPPING THE METAL COUPLING AROUND STRIKING LEFT SIDE OF FACE AND EYE. INJURY: BRUISES AND LACERATIONS TO LEFT SIDE OF FACE, BURST BLOOD VESSELS IN LEFT EYE.
