EE STATES HE WAS CUTTING THE BOTTOM DISCHARGE CHUTE PLATE & USING A SLEDGE HAMMER TO KNOCK IT FREE WHEN THE TOP CHUTE PLATE CAME DOWN & CAUGHT THE HAMMER & THE TIP OF HIS LEFT RING FINGER CAUSING A CRUSHING INJURY.
