EE was replacing a bearing on a shaft. Later determined that metal sliver entered eye. Complained of burning in eyes. Refused to flush eyes and continued working. Treated eyes with Visine at home. Returned to work on 24th complained about left eye. Flushed eyes. At 1:30 pm sought medical attention at the ER. A metal sliver was removed. EE returned to work on 4/25/18
