Mills Excavation, Inc. · Struck against a moving object

Load stuck in dump body when driver was dumping the body and the front wheels lifted off the ground. Then the load dumped, causing the truck to "bounce" hard to the ground. This caused the driver to hit head and wrench shoulder. Driver was wearing seatbelt.
