VICTIM WAS OPER5TING A MESCHER DRAG BOTTOM TRACTOR. HE WAS TRAMMING THE TRACTOR DOWN THE ENTRY WHEN A SECTION OF ROCK 12 INCHES LONG EIGHTEEN INCHES WIDE AND TWO INCHES THICK FELL FROM BETWEEN THE BOLTS STRI5ING HIM ON HIS RIGHT FOOT THE VICTIM SUFFERED A FRACTURE TO HIS BIG TOE.
