Jonathan Shotwell Corp · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Injured and another EE were removing the main hyd cylinder on a front end loader. EE was tapping a pin out w/handle end of sledge hammer, with his right hand cupped around the head of the hammer. The pin came out, cylinder dropped on EE's fingers, pinching between head of hammer and part of the machine. EE's right middle finger was pinched clean off.
