EE WAS OPERATING 14-10 JOY CONTINUOUS MINER WHEN A RIB ROLLED OFF STRIKING EE IN RIGHT LEG BRUISING MUSCLES. EE RETURNED TO RESTRICTED WORK 10/10/00.
EE WAS CUTTING A WATER BAND OFF A WATER LINE WHEN A PIECE OF METAL STRUCK HIM IN THE RIGHT EYE

THE ALLCO MAN BUS WAS TRAVELING DOWN THE INTAKE SLOPE WHEN IT LOST BRAKES AND POWER STEERING. THE MANBUS STRUCK THE RIGHT RIB THEN HTI THE LEFT RIB WHERE IT CAME TO REST. EE SUSTAINED A CUT TO HIS LEFT LEG WHICH WILL REQUIRE STITCHES.
EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING ON BATTERIES WHEN THEY GROUNDED OUT SPARKING A FLASH THAT BURNT HIS LEFT HAND AND FLASH BURNING HIS EYES.

EE SLIPPED ON WET MINING FLOOR UNDERGROUND FALLING ONTO HIS BACK
EE WAS RIDING A 2 MAN PERSONNEL CARRIER UP THE SLOPE OF THE INTAKE UNDERGROUND, WHEN HE LOST POWER ON THE CARRIER. THE CARRIER STARTED SLIDING DOWN THE SLOPE WHEN EE JUMPED OFF LANDING ON HIS RT SHOULDER.
EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING 14-10 REMOTE MINER WHEN AROCK FELL OUT BETWEEN THE ROOF BOLTS STRIKING EMPLOYEE ON THE LEFT HAND.
EMPLOYEE WAS PUSHING MINER CABLE OVER WITH HIS FOOT WHILE SITTING IN THE DECK OF THE MINER THUS CAUSING A STRAINED MUSCLE TO HIS LOWER BACK.
EE WAS CLEANING WITH A 488 S&S SCOOP, WHEN THE BATTERIES BECAME GROUNDED AND THUS RESULTING IN SMOKE IN WHICH EE INHALED. DONNING OF THE DRAGE SCSR WAS DISCUSSED WITH EE FOLLOWING INCIDENT.
EE WAS HANGING LINE CURTAIN THAT HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY TORN DOWN. THE SHUTTLE CAR OPERATOR WAS PULLING OUT FROM THE MINER AFTER BEING LOADED GOING, TO THE FEEDER. THE SHUTTLE CAR SLID OVER STRIK ING EE IN THE LOWER BACK AND RIGHT LEG.
