EMPLOYEE WAS HITTING A ROCK LODGED IN COAL HOPPER WHERE COAL DUMPS IN STACKING TIRE. WHEN ROCK BROKE HE LOST HIS BALANCE FELL FORWARD ADN HIT HIS LEFT SIDE ON A STEEL BAR IN STACING TUBE.
