INJURED WAS MOVING A PUMP AND WATER LINE AND WHEN HE TIRNED HE RAN INTO A METAL STRAP HANGING FROM THE ROOF.
LOADING SUPPLIES ON ROOF BOLTER IN #5 HDG. LAST OPEN BREAK & A PIECE OF ROCK 1" TO 4" THICK 31/2' FELL STRIKING HIM AT AN ANGLE IN THE BACK. THE ROCK FELL OUT BETWEEN THE ROOF STRAPS.
