Foreman was operating 992 when a hydraulic line had blown which sprayed hyd fluid on windshield & surrounding area on eq. EE exited the loader & attempted to clean the windshield. When he went to move to the fender or boom area, he apparently slipped on the hyd fluid and fell from the loader onto the ground causing injury to his left side.
