A SMALL PIECE OF DRAW ROCK FELL FROM BETWEEN ROOF BOLTS AND STRUCK EE IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD IN EARLY MARCH AS HE WASTURNING A BREAK WITH THE MINER. HE WAS QUESTIONED BY MYSELF AND EE IF HE W AS OK. HE REPEATEDLY SAID HE WAS OK APPROX. 4-5 WEEKS LATER AFTER HE WAS LAID OFF HECAME TO ME WITH ALLEDGED PAIN IN NECK AND SHOULDER LOSTT OF BALANCE AND PROBLEMS WITH PUPIL DILATION IN ONE
