WHILE PINNER MAN WAS WAITING ON HIS PARTNER TO FINISH PINNING, A PIECE OF ROCK 3/4" TO 1 1/2" THICK AND 3' IN DIAMETER, HIT EE ON HEAD. INJURED EE WAS NOT DOING ANY WORK AT TIME OF ACCIDENT.
EMPLOYEE HAD BOLTED #2 HEADING BACKED OUT TO INTERSECTION TO CLEAN DUST BOX OUT, WHILE CLEAN ING DUST BOX ROCK FELL FROM BETWEEN BOLTS STRIK ING EMPLOYEE ON BACK.

EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING ROOF BOLTS IN ROOF. MACHINE WAS SITTING ON LOOSE COAL WENT TO THE DECK TO MOVE MACHINE, REACHED IN HIT TRAM LEVERS MACHINE SLOW TO ONE SIDE HITTING KNEE.

CHAIN THAT DRIVES BELT HEAD BROKE & DOUBLED UP IN GUARD EMPLOYEE WAS ATTENDING BELT SAID HE THOUGHT TOP WAS FALLING TURNED TO RUN & TWISTED HIS BACK WORKED THE REST OF THE SHIFT WENT TO THE DO C FOLLOWING DAY
EMPL CALLED ME 8 HOURS AFTER SHIFT ENDED SAID HE HAD GOT SOMETHING IN HIS EYE AT WORK SAID WAS WATCHING MACHINE MAN CHANGE BITS WHEN SOMETHIN WENT IN HIS EYE SAID HE WAS GOING TO EMERGENCY
