BULL DOZER OPERATOR WAS BRUSHING ABOVE 30 FT HIGHWALL WHEN HIGHWALL BROKE OUT UNDER THE DOZER CAUSING A COMPLETE ROLLOVER. OPRATOR HAS BROKER LEG AND LARGE CUT ON HIS HEAD.
