EE WAS THROWING TIMBERS FROM ALONG SIDE THE RIB TO THE PLACE WHERE THEY WOULD BE SET. HE SAYS THAT WHILE THROWING HE INJURED HIS LOWER BACK.

A HILLSEAM MEASURING 6' HIGH-12'WIDE-30' LONG, FELL IN THE FACE OF THE #7 ENTRY. A COAL STREAK AT THE TOP OF THE FALL CONTRIBUTED TO THE COLLAPSE. THE AREA WAS CRIBBED AROUND THE AREA. NO INJU RIES OCCURRED DURING THIS INCIDENT.

A ROOF FALL OCCURED INT HE #3 ENTRY DURING PILLAR EXTRACTION TRAPPING OUR CONTINOUS MINER. THE ENTRY HAD HIDDEN MOUNTAIN SEAMS ALLOWING THE ROOF TO COLLASPE. NO INJURIES OCCURED DURING THE FAL L AND OR REMOVAL OF THIS MINER. ALL SAFETY PERCAUSTIONS WERE EXERCISED DURING REMOVAL.
