EMPLOYEE WAS OILING AND CLEANING DARGLINE. DRAGLINE ALTERNATOR GRABBED CLOTH HE WA CLEANING WITH AND CARRIED FINGER INTO ALTERNATOR FAN. FAN CHEWED END OF FINGER (INDEX) ON RIGHT HAND. FIRST JOINT OF FINGER HAD TO BE SURGICALLY REMOVED.
