INJ MAN WAS OWNER OF EQUIP. HE WAS DOING REPAIR WORK SOT HTE THE EQUIP. COULD BE REMOVED FORM MINE SITE AND RETURNED TO HOME BASE. EQUIPMENT WAS NO LONGER IN USE AT MINE DUE TO REPAIRS NEEDED A(OTHER LOADER BEEN BROUGHT IN TO DO WORK LEFT OT COJMPLETE FAE UP THE MINE.

DOZER WITH WINCH WAS PULLING LOGS OUT OF BRUSH PILE IN CLEARING OF MINE FACE UP AREA INJURED EMPLOYEE HAD WORKED IN LOGGING ABOUT 2 YEARS FAMILY HAS SAWMILL HE WAS WORKING THE CABLE HOOKING AR OUND LOGS THE BIGTO BURN TO SAVE TAKE TO SAWMILL THIS WAS THE FIRST LOG PULLED OUT O F THE BRUSHE PILE INJURED WHIL TRYING TO RELEASE ABOVE.
