DOZER OPERATOR WAS ASSISTING RECLAMATION CREW IN LOADING CULVERT PIPE ON TOP OF D-8H. AFTER LOADING THE FIRST PIPE THE 2ND PIPE WAS BEING LOADED WHEN IT BECAME UNSTABLE & STARTED TO PUSH THE O PERATOR OFF THE TOP. HE JUMPED TO FREE HIMSELF FROM THE PIPE, LANDING ON A ROCKY TERRAINS.
