/INJURED MAN WAS LENDING A HAND TO ANOTHER EE WHO WAS ATTEMPTING TO REPAIR A BROKEN HYDRAULIC HOSE ON A RUBBER TIRED BACKHOE. INJURED MAN WAS USING A PRYBAR TO PRY ON THE HYDRAULIC VALVE BODY AS HE WAS PRYING HIS FOOTING WAS LOST IN THE MUD WHERE HE WAS STANDING. HE FELL DOWN ACROSS ONE OF THE HYDRAULIC OUTRIGGERS ON THE MACHINE. SUSTAINED INJURY TO RT UPPER CHEST BRUISED RIB CAG
