WHILE CLIMBING OFF A BRAND NEW FRONT-END LOADER, WORKER ASSUMED A STEP WAS THERE AS WITH THE OLD FRONT-END LOADER BUT THE STEP WAS A LITTLE HIGHER AND HE FELL BACK ONTO THE GROUND FRON MISSING THE STEP.
EMPLOYEE BURNED A PIECE OF METAL OFF OF A PIPE THAT FELL DOWN INTO HIS BOOT VIA BURNING THROUGH HIS JEANS, AND THEREBY BURNED HIS FOOT.
