Employee reached for a rock from the Hydra Splitter & got two finger tips caught in the machine. Employee was taken to the doctor for x rays that showed the finger tips were fractured and bruised. Employee was on light duty work for five weeks. Recent Doctor follow up concluded that Brayan's fingers have healed and employee was released to regular work duty with no restrictions.

EE was unloading the splitter when EE reached to grab a stone and the fork lift driver also was reaching with the fork of the fork lift for the same stone when EE's fingers got pinched in between the rock and the fork of the fork lift. EE's little pinky finger was bruised and ring finger was slightly fractured.

Employee was sliding a large rock to the edge of the forks. The rocks slide off the edge of the forks causing the stone to fall and pulling down the employee's arm and tearing employee's bicep tendon

Employee was manufacturing stone which involved lifting heavy stone from a pallet, onto a saw table. While doing this process the employee strained a muscle in EE's back.

Miner was hand loading rocks into the bucket of a front end loader. As the miner was turning to put the rock in the bucket, he caught his hand in between the loader bucket and the rock which was in his hand. This caused his finger to get injured and cut. Weather conditions were not a factor in this accident.
