INJURED ATTEMPT9D TO CLIMB ONTO CAT 235 SHOVEL IN #6 MINE. HE CAUGHT THE GRAB IRON WITH HIS LEFT HAND AND STEPPED UP ON THE SHOVEL TRACK. HIS FOOT SLIPPED AND HE RELEASED THE GRAB IRON AS HE FELL. HE LANDED3FACE DOWN WHICH KNOCKED THE BREATH OUT OF HIM AND INJURED HIS KNEE.
