THE SEAT ADJUSTMENT ON HTE 72-51A FRONT END LOADER WAS STUCK IN THE OPEN POSITION ALLOWING THE SEAT TO SLIDE BACK AND FORTH DURING OPERATION. THE OPERATOR COMPLAINED OF PAIN IN HIS BACK.

REPORTED AN INJURY TO HIS BACK WHILE RUNNING TEREX FRONT END LOADER AT THE MINE SITE. THE SEAT IN THE LOADER WAS NOT SECURE AND WAS SLIDING BACK AND FORTH.
