WHILE PULLING A NYLON STRAP AROUND A 55 GALLON OIL DRUM, EMPLOYEE PULLED A MUSCLE IN HIS LOWER BACK. THERE WERE NO RESTRICTIONS HOLDING STRAP. HE JUST BENT OVER THE WRONG WAY.
