THE BREAKER ON CONVEYOR KEPT SHUTTING OFF. WHILE ONE MAN WENT TO TURN THE MASTER SWITCH OFF, THEMAN THAT WAS INJURED APPARENTLY BEGAN WORKING ONTHE BREAKER-BUT BEFORE THE MASTER SWITCH WAS OFF . THE BREAKER MUST HAVE SHORTED & THREW A FIREBALL RESULTING IN 1ST DEGREE BURNS TO HIS ARMS AND SLIGHT BURNS TO HIS FACE.
