EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING TO TAKE UNIVERSAL JOINT OUT OF TRUCK THE TOOL HE WAS USING A CROWBAR SLIPPED AND CAUGHT HIS FINGER FRACTURING IT HE DID NOT REALIZE AT THE TIME THAT HIS FINGER WAS FRACTUR ED AND DID NOT GO TO THE DOCTOR UNTIL 020783
