THE INJURED MAN WAS ASSISTING IN THE REMOVAL OF SMALL TREES 10 TO 12INCH DIA MAX AS THE MAN BENT OVER TO PICK UP SOME SMALL BRUSH ONE LOG ROLLED OVER AND DROPPED STRIKING THE BRUSH WHICH KICKE D UP ARE THE MAN CLAIMES THE BRUSH AND DIRT FLEWUPWARD STRIKING HIM IN THE LEFT EYE.

MAN WAS REPLACING THE STARTER ON A DRESSER 550 PAYLOADER. AS THE MAIN WAS TIGHTENING THE TOP RIGHT BOLT, USING A 1/2" DRIVE RATCHED WITH A 6" EXT. 3" EXT, AND A UNIVERSAL COUPLED TO AN 11/16" SOCKET. THIS CONFINGURATION WAS NECESSARY TO ACCESS THE BOLT. AS THE MAN APPLIED PRESSURE TO THE RATCHET THE SOCKET SLIPPED FROM THE BOLT AND THE RATCHET STRUCK AND CHIPPED THE MANS UPPER FR
