RELOCATING BARRELS, HAND SLIPPED PINNED BETWEEN IT AND RIB
EMPLOYEE HAD BEEN OPERATING A S & S SCOOP. AFTER EMPLOYEE STOPPED THE SCOOP HE STEPPED OFF OF IT AND LOST HIS FOOTING, CAUSING HIM TO TWIST HIS RIGHT KNEE.
EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING SCOOP. EMPLOYEE BACKED SCOOP INTO APRON AT THE PORTAL: CATCHING EMPLOYEE BETWEEN SCOOP AN APRON.
