MR. JOHNSON WAS RIDING IN A SCOOP-USED AS A MANTRIP- WITH 2 OTHER EES. THE COAL WAS LOW-APPROX 34" THE COAL HEIGHT THEN INCRESED TO APPROX 40" MR. JOHNSON RAISED HIS HEAD TO SIT UP & CAUGHT HIS HEAD ON A ROOF BOLT.
