OPERATOR WAS CUTTNG COAL IN NO.7 ENTRY. HE WAS FINISHING LEFT SIDE OF CUT. MACHINE WAS FOULED AGAINST RIB. THE SEAT THE OPERATOR WAS SETTING IN BROKE AND CAME FORWARD TO MACHINE AND FOULED OPE RATOR\S FOOT BETWEEN MACHINE AND SEAT.
