EMPLOYEE WAS UNLOADING CASE OF EXPLOSIVES WHILE LIFTING A CASE HE TURNED TO WALK TO PLACE WHERE EXPLOSIVES WERE BEING USED. HE TWISTED HIS WAIST CAUSING HIM TO BECOME OFF BALANCED HE STRAINED L LOWER BACK
