HYD OIL HAD BEEN SPILLED ON METAL SURFACES OF S& S SCOOP.VICTIM WASHED OFF WITH WATER AND THEN STEPPED ON THE SURFACE AND HIS FEET SLIPPED AND GHE FELL-LANDING ON HIS ELBOW.
LOOSE DRAW SLATE FELL FROM BETWEEN ROOFBOLTS STRIKING THE WORKER ON HEAD BRUISED SPINE.
EMPLOYEE PICKED UP ROCK OFF PICKING TABLE SET ROCK UP ON ANOTHER TABLE. ROCKS STARTED COMING ON BELT AGAIN. EMPLOYEE TURNED AROUND WHEN ROCK FELL OFF TABLE AND FELL ON FOOT.
PERSON WAS RIDING MANTRIP CAR. IT WAS BACKED INTO A SCOOP. NO DAMAGE DONE THAT WAS NOTICEABLE, THE INJURED HAD NO PROBLEM UNTIL 4 HOURS LATER COMPLAINED OF BACK.
