THE EMPLOYEE HA8 TAKEN GUARD OFF THE TAIL ROLLER TO CLEAN AND GREASE AROUND THE TAILPIECE. THE EMPLOYEE SLIPPED AND FELL INTO THE CONVEYOR BELT, CATCHING HIS RIGHT ARM IN THE IDLE ROLLER. HIS RIGHT ARM WAS B9OKEN TWICE, BELOW AND ABOVE THE ELBOW.
