THE FOOT PEDAL 2N THE MESCHERT SCOOP TRACTOR STUCK AND CAUSED THE JEEP TO GO OVER THE EMBANKEMENT WHERE THE COAL IS DUMPED. THE DRIVER JUMPED FROM THE TRACTOR WHICH THEN STRUCK HIM IN THE BACK AND KNOCKED HIM3CLEAR. THE DRVER LANDED HARD ON THE GROUND. FIRST AID WAS ADMINISTERED BY MINE PERSONNEL AMBULANCE TRANSFERRED HIM TO HOSPITAL
