SHOTFIRE SHOT #7 BREAK TO #8 SCOOP DRIVER WAS TWO BREAKS DOWN IN #8. BLAST RESULTING IN EAR INJURY.
EMPLOYEE WAS RUNNING A SCOOP WHEN HE HIT A LARGE BUMP AND THE JAR CAUSED BACK PAIN EMPLOYEE CONTINUED TO WORK UNTIL 06-24-91 AT WHICH TIME HE WAS ADMITTED TO THE HOSPITAL FOR POSSIBLE SURGERY.
