ROOF BOLTER OPERATOR WAS INSTALLING A CHECK CURTAIN WHEN THE CURTAIN GOT ENTANGLED IN THE DRILL STEEL, THE OPERATOR WAS HOLDING THE STEEL WHEN THE CURTAIN GOT WRAPPED AROUND IT RESULTING IN TWO FINGERS GETTING FRACTURED
