EMPLOYEE REPORTED TO THE OPERATOR THAT ON 7-19-89 DURING HIS SHIFT HE RE HURT HIS KNEE WHILE PUSHING ON A COAL DRILL. EMPLOYEE STATED THIS WAS A REINJURIE FROM HIS PREVIOUS EMPLOYEE.
