TWO EMPLOYEE OPERATING THE TWINHEAD ROOF BOLTER/ WERE PLACING A METAL STRAP ACROSS AMUD-SEAM IN #3 BREAK OPER. #1 WAS DRILLING TO PLACE THE 2ND BOLT IN THE STRAP WHEN A LOOSE PIECE OF ROCK D ROPPED FROM MUD SEAM, MISSING THE ATRS WHICH WAS WAS OPERATING THE ROCK HIT ROOF BOLTING MACHINE, THEN STRUCK EMP. #1 AND GLANCING BLOW TO RIGHT SIDE ABOVE BELT AREA, CREATING BAD BRUISE. EMP
