EMPL HAD PUT UP THE OUTSIDE BOLT THEN MOVED THE HEAD TO THE MIDDLE TO INSTALL THE NEXT BOLT AFTER SETTING THE ATRS. PUT DRILL STEEL AGAINST THE ROOF WHEN A SLAB OF DRAW ROCK FELL HITTING RIGH T FOOT.
THE EMPLOYEE STATED WHEN THE DRILL POT SOPPED UP, HE LOWER THE DRILL POT HEAD. WHILE UNSTOPPING THE DRILL POT, THE DRILL STEEL FELL FROMT EH ROOF AND STRUCK HIS LEFT HAND.
